The service was great at first, would have been a 5 star rating. Towards the end of the day, when the car was ready for pickup, I drove over and paid, and got the key. I told them I would be back later that evening with my husband to pick up the car. That evening, it was difficult to get to the shop, so we decided to go the following morning. The desk person calls me around 8am, telling me I need to come get the car, as I was taking up parking space. He was not pleasant or friendly in his request. When I picked up the car at around 9, there were at least 6 empty parking spots available in the dedicated lot, and street parking, and entry way parking. So while the service on the car seemed fine, the way this desk person handled the parking issue was not called for, and encouraged me to seek other options. Kindness and respect generate customer loyalty, other kinds of behavior don?t. |
